Get Fresh …Eat Local’ Middlesex-London Local Food Guide

Ignite your passion … for local food.

The Middlesex Federation of Agriculture (MFA) recently launched the

‘Get Fresh …Eat Local’ Middlesex-London Local Food Guide.

The food guide, developed by MFA in conjunction with many community partners and contributors, maps where you can go to buy locally produced food direct from local farms and farm markets.  Decide today to put some locally grown foods on your plate – fresh foods from the farms and fields of Middlesex-London.   Keep it handy on your refrigerator or in your car to find the freshest, best tasting food available close to home.

To get your copy of this free local food guide, visit one of the participating farms, your community’s Municipal Office, Chamber of Commerce, library, farm market or through the following project partners:

Community Futures Development Corporation of Middlesex County, County of Middlesex, Crinklaw Maple Products, Heeman Strawberry Farm and  Greenhouses, London Community Resource Centre, Middlesex-London Health Unit, Middlesex Federation of Agriculture, Ontario Federation of Agriculture and the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.  The guide is available electronically at
