Healthy Tidbits
Food Sampling and Related Food Information
Once a month the Healthy Tidbits Volunteer Program is actively involved in providing samples of a recipe they prepare using ingredients found in emergency food hampers.
Samples are offered from 11 am untill approximately 1 pm.
The vounteers are eager to offer their experience and wisdom to those with any questions about how to stretch those grocery dollars and still make healthy, delicious dishes.
Currently sampling takes place at the following Neighbourhood Food Depots:
North East
St. Lawrence Presbyterian Church
910 Huron Street
3rd Wednesday of the month
11 am. - 4 pm.
