Community Gardens Volunteer Opportunities
Getting the Gardens Ready for the Growing Season
We need your help to:
1. take the rain barrels out of storage and into the gardens and fill them with water
2. mark out the individual plots afer the garden site has been ploughed
3. keep the gardens tidy and weeds trimmed
4. assist with our funding raising efforts at the Spring Compost Sale in early May
During the Growing Season
We need your help to:
1. assist with keeping the rain barrels filled
2. assist with garden maintanence
At the End of the Growing Season
We need your help to:
1. put the rain barrles back into storage
2. tidy the gardens up and get them ready to be ploughed before winter sets in
