Below are some of the images captured during what proved to be a well-received, fun and educational session

for the youth involved.

The next Cook It Up! class, Sept. 14, 2009, involves a fieldtrip to Dolway Gardens where the youth will select

the produce to be used in the cooking session to follow.

The London Community Resource Centre's community-

collaborative pilot project, Cook It Up!, held its second session

Aug. 31, 2009, and the youth participants were treated to

lessons involving the preparationn of sauces, local vegetables

and Ontario pork in an outdoor barbecue setting. The class was

led by Chef Chris Meloche, of Flavour in Time Catering, who

provided his expertise for the cooking class.
