Volunteer Opportunities Program

The LCRC is a community collaborator and facilitator of food related projects that

promote community sustainability and self-sufficiency.

Through our Community Gardens located throughout the city, in our assistance to

groups establishing Collective Kitchens, and with our Community Food Advisor's

program and Healthy Tidbits volunteers providing food demonstrations, LCRC provides

options and opportunities to learn how to grow, prepare, preserve and enjoy locally

grown, fresh healthy fruits and vegetables.
